Life goes on for all of us and sometimes gets in the way. We are facing a few changes that will impact how we do business. The short answer is that we remain tied to our quality vendor partners and focused on superlative customer service and creating comms / navigation solutions tailored to your needs. But because of some life changes, our response and delivery times may extend a bit.

We will be revamping our website during the first quarter of the year, moving our reccomended combinations of products together into kits for those that want to deal with us only via the web.

We will continue to consult with you on your specific needs and as long as the free-loading does not overly increase, this will remain free.

One bit of less than happy news: Effective January 15, there will be a 10% restocking fee on orders cancelled prior to shipment and 15% restocking fee for returns with return shipping on your dime. We hate to do this but have had a rash of cancellations and returns. We have bee returning full payment and our credit card processor charges fees both ways erasing our already thin margins.
